How to get to Seib Health & Performance?

Seib Health & Performance is located in Southern Sydney. Our address is Suite 4/2A Russell Avenue, Sans Souci, NSW 2219. Our clinic entrance is via Jamison Lane, at the back of the Greeks of Egypt building.

Parking options:
 • Street parking: Plenty of street parking available on Russell Avenue & surrounding streets.
 • Free carpark: Located in Sans Souci Central/Supabarn, directly across the road from the clinic.
 • Please do not park in front of the clinic, these spaces are reserved for staff and residents of the building.

What are your clinic hours?

Our clinic is open Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and on Saturday's 8:00 AM - 12:00PM. We are closed Sunday's and Public Holidays.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept private health insurance with on the spot claim through HICAPS. Each policy is different, so it is important to check with your health fund prior to see your coverage/extra options.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hr cancellation policy in place. We kindly ask for 24-hr notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. You may be charged 50% of the consultation fee if insufficient notice is given or no show.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing, that allows for you to move freely, as we may need to assess your range of motion.

Do I need a GP referral?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need a GP referral to see us. As we are primary allied health providers,  you are free to book at any time for a consultation at your convinence.
